Experience: 1-2 Years Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics
  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Should have good knowledge of PCB assembly process QMS documentation
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
  • Read Datasheet and specifications to understand the requirements of products.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Supervise the production process.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications: B.E /Diploma – Electronics with below experience.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and costing for PCB circuit components (BOM).
  • A minimum 2 years of experience with activity based costing and quoting.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience with creating and maintaining electronic component databases.
  • Strong negotiation skills with supplier database.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience: 1-2 Years
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics
  • Should have knowledge and experience in SMT technology(Yamaha Mounter Machine).
  • Should have knowledge and experience in SMT technology(Yamaha Mounter Machine).
  • Should have knowledge in Yamaha 3D Aoi machine.
Experience: 4-5 Years
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics
  • Should have knowledge and experience in SMT technology(Yamaha Mounter Machine). Preferably -Yamaha printer (YSP) & Yamaha Mounter(S20).
  • Should have knowledge in Yamaha 3D Aoi machine.
  • SMT Machine maintenance & trouble shooting experience.Good knowledge of Yamaha Pick and Place machine like installation, Machine programming , Machine calibration, Replacement of machine parts, Preventive maintenance of machines, Reset of all axis, Data backup of machine
